1. All Sales Final on Most Items

Due to the nature of consignment and thrift merchandise, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Vintage items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Jewelry and accessories

  • Undergarments or intimate apparel

  • Customized or altered items

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

2. Eligible Returns

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition

  • Tags must still be attached (if applicable)

  • Item must be free of odors, stains, pet hair, smoke, or damage

  • Proof of purchase or order number is required

3. Non-Refundable Costs

The following are non-refundable:

  • Original shipping fees

  • Return shipping costs

  • Package protection fees (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A description of the issue

We will work quickly to resolve the problem through a replacement, store credit, or refund if approved.

5. Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for processing depending on your bank or payment provider

We reserve the right to deny returns that do not meet our return requirements.

6. Exchanges

Because many of our items are unique and one-of-a-kind, exchanges may not always be available. If eligible, store credit may be offered instead.
